The game of poker involves a lot of logic. The game is not simple as one has to take different kinds of decisions. One may face sneaky opponent while playing the game online, or may be the opponent is providing wrong data. Sometimes things in poker may be very much complicated. Poker is called as the game of action. A lot of poker is based on the situation you may be in at the time of play. Mastering the game may depend upon a lot of logic making but mastering the game is always considered as better.
Logic can be considered as the holy grail of playing poker, especially online poker as it lacks a lot of body language. When speaking of poker, the term logic may differ in definition. Logic stands for philosophy and logic also stands for math. In poker logic is the science of correctness. It is the ability to come to right conclusions. In poker online doing logic may mean doing sensibly. But in the game of poker a lot of unsensible things also happen. Most of us cannot depend on everything so we need to strive on the best.
The fact is that logic in poker may not be considered as the logic of math. Math deals with all of the absolutes but in poker we deal with all of non-objective parts, information and conclusions. Most of the poker players are known to answer questions that do not have any answers as they can see information and weigh likely meaning of the information.
